For the building structure, we use factory-prepared solid wood panels and Glulam timber beams (GLT) according to your customized project.


All solid wood components are CNC cut to precise geometry according to the client's design, panel elements are joined with a double-milling joint and self-tapping screws – without chemical additives.

 

This ensures a human-friendly and healthy indoor climate, and in terms of sustainability, we are particularly exceptional – 1 m³ of solid wood unit locks in about 1 ton of CO₂.

 

Additionally, building elements can be reused over 90% due to the unique possibility of disassembling elements, which is a true example of sustainable construction.
