Hanging by a thread? A new way of being safe
So discreet you can't see it. Come and try it, but seeing it won't be easy. Holding the "thread" is H-RAIL, the rail that is perfectly integrated into the roof of buildings with and without glass façades.
The H-RAIL horizontal track by Rothoblaas will be exhibited in Vilnius from 23 to 25 April together with the main security solutions of the multinational company from Cortaccia. In addition to being one of the most aesthetically pleasing products due to its small footprint, the rail system is fast and versatile; the shuttles smoothness is maximised. H-RAIL is suitable for fall protection, restraint and suspension work and is available in ON WALL, OVERHEAD and ON FLOOR versions. Our team will clarify any doubts about the ease of installation, applications and advantages of this solution compared to others, especially in the case of suspended use for glass wall maintenance.
Even evolution is invisible
There is yet another innovation from Rothoblaas and, like other safety solutions, it is there but cannot be seen.
In this specific case, SPEAREVO is a set consisting of a pair of tensioners with absorber for the PATROL horizontal lifelines. The device is available in Class A2 and
Class A4 stainless steel for use in highly corrosive marine or industrial environments. The components are all visible and can be thoroughly inspected without the need to dismantle anything.
With the new SPEAREVO device, the crimping machine is no longer necessary, and neither is the crimping test. Only an Allen key and a torque spanner are needed to fasten the cable.SPEAREVO, which acts as both an absorber and tensioner, contributes to improving the uniformity of tensioning and makes it possible to optimise the number of intermediate supports by increasing the spacing up to 15 m. Up to 4 operators can work on the same lifeline at the same time with the maximum guarantee of safety.
