During three different family‑friendly workshops, curious participants will get to explore wooden architecture, create a living future city, and discover the colors of Vilnius.
“Colors of Vilnius”
In this workshop, we’ll explore traditional painting techniques used on historical wooden house façades: what materials the paints were made of, how they smelled, and how they were used. Participants will be invited to paint a small wooden souvenir — a fridge magnet.
“Little Architect”
What is life like in a 9 sq. meter house? And what would such a house look like if you lived there? During the workshop, we’ll learn about proportions and scale while creating miniature home models that must fit all the essential items and furniture.
“Living City”
Join us in expanding an interactive map of Vilnius and imagining your future city. What is missing here today? Together, we’ll build a vibrant city that grows with our shared ideas!
Workshops are suitable for children aged 6 and up.
We look forward to seeing you on April 23–25 in the Family Education Space!
Location: Stand 5.B16A, Hall 5
