EstHus, a pioneer in sustainable building from Estonia, is proud to announce its participation in RESTA 2026, the largest international construction exhibition in the Baltic States. Taking place from April 23–25, 2026, at the LITEXPO center in Vilnius, Lithuania, this event marks a significant milestone in our expansion into the Lithuanian market.

Redefining Massive Wood Construction: What is MHM?

At the heart of our exhibit is the Massiv-Holz-Mauer® (MHM) technology—an advanced construction method that is transforming how we think about wooden homes. Unlike traditional Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), which uses adhesives, MHM panels are cross-nailed using aluminum nails.

Why Choose MHM Technology?

  • Chemical-Free Living: By eliminating glues and chemicals, we create a 100% breathable, long-lasting structure that ensures a healthy, allergy-free indoor climate for generations.

  • Superior Thermal & Acoustic Performance: The natural air pockets within the grooved wood layers provide exceptional insulation and soundproofing.

  • Precision Engineering: Every element is prefabricated in our controlled factory environment with millimeter accuracy, significantly reducing on-site construction time.

  • Structural Integrity: MHM offers high fire resistance and durability, making it an ideal choice for residential and commercial buildings.

We invite developers, architects, and construction firms to experience the future of timber construction firsthand. EstHus is actively looking for business partners in Lithuania to collaborate on the next generation of eco-friendly housing.
